Cenicana (Colombian Sugarcane Research Center)

CENICANA, the Colombian Sugarcane Research Center, is looking at posibilities to use sugar cane trash (biomass) through the thermochemical process to get biochar. The group with a staff of five focuses research on biochar production, use in soil (for quality improvement), and use in soil for remediation.
